Do you charge by hour or by the job?

We charge by the job. We provide free estimates for all homes/businesses so that you are aware of the set price before services are provided.

Do you bring your own equipment/supplies?

Yes, we bring both our own equipment and supplies, and we are more than happy to use your preferred products when requested prior to the scheduled cleaning time.

Is it OK to have my pets in the house at the time of service?

Yes, our entire staff is pet friendly and have no allergies to any kinds of animals. We can even let your dog out to do his or her business while we clean if you ask us to!

Due to my allergies, I can only use natural products. Would you use all-natural cleaning products in my house? Would I have to provide them?

Dusting

For those dusty places that are hard to reach with a cleaning rag, try using a soft-bristled paintbrush.

Sweeping

Try sprinkling a few drops of water on a dust pan before using it. This prevents dust and dirt from falling back out after it's swept in.

Fridge Freshness

Freshen the inside of your refridgerator by wiping it down with a cloth moistened with vinegar. Do this periodically, as it helps to prevent mildew and mold build-up.

Stainless Steel

Sprinkle some baking soda on a damp cloth or sponge. Use this to wipe down stainless steel, then buff and wipe with a paper towel to remove any streaks.

Grout

A mixture of baking soda and household bleach works great on all tile grout in your kitchen or bathroom. Mix these into a paste, and then smear it onto the grout and let dry for up to two hours. Next, simply scrub off with a toothbrush and warm water. This removes mildew, grime, and built-on dirt.
